We provide 7 days guarantee on the cleaning. There are different opinions about what should be included in the price of a moving cleaning. It can be good to know the following: Our prices include window cleaning and cleaning materials, if it is less than 30 km, then the mileage compensation is also included in the price.
We deduct 50% of the labor cost directly on the invoice and then handle all administration and contact with the Swedish Tax Agency (RUT- avdraget). The only thing we need to be able to apply for a RUT deduction and be able to get the remaining part from the Swedish Tax Agency is your social security number.

To think about before we come: Unfortunately, we can not clean closets, bathroom cabinets, or the like if they are not emptied. Heavy furniture such as stove, fridge & freezer, etc. needs to be pulled out by the customer so that we can clean behind and under. The staff does not pull these out. • We do not clean shelves and other furniture that remains in the home. • We do not take responsibility for stains on walls and ceilings. These are dust dried only due to the risk of damage to the surface layer. Electricity and lighting must be available in the home. If there is furniture in the home, we clean around it. You need to be contactable by phone on the day of the assignment. Window cleaning is included provided that they can be cleaned standing from the ground. If you have sash windows, you need to notify our customer support before cleaning. We do not take responsibility for paint residues, stickers, etc. Due to the cold during the winter months, it can be difficult to clean the outside of the windows, but we always do our utmost.
Warranty and prices We provide a 7-day guarantee on our moving cleaning. Any deficiencies that appear at the time of inspection, in connection with the time of cleaning, will be rectified immediately by us. We want you as a customer to feel satisfied.
All prices for private individuals are after-tax reduction. The price “normal condition” according to the calculation above only applies if there are no extra difficulties such as. nicotine stains, ingrained dirt on floors, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Otherwise, we reserve the right to change the price. This is assessed by staff on site.
No costs are added for materials and driving fees.
Complaint You have 7 days (after moving cleaning) to make a complaint. If you as a customer fix the fault yourself before Nardi Service is contacted or have the opportunity to check the fault, no compensation will be paid.
Cancellation policy Cancellation can be made 48 hours before the cleaning time, otherwise, a full charge will be made. Cancellations must be made on weekdays and must be notified to our customer service by phone or e-mail.
